Griffin Larson, Features, Arts and Entertainment, & Visuals Editor
Griffin Larson is a junior in his third year of Newspaper. This year, he is the Features, Arts and Entertainment, and Visuals editor. He joined Newspaper his freshman year because he thought it would be interesting and a cool way to develop new skills. He has a passion for writing opinion pieces as well as finding interesting people to interview for the articles. He is looking forward to a great year at the Southerner.
Outside of Newspaper, you can find Larson hard at work at the YWCA as a lifeguard or on his usual Pineda run during his 15-minute break. Larson has been swimming his whole life and started swimming competitively in 4th grade. He mainly competes in breaststroke, and he loves it. Other than swimming, Larson loves driving around in his car or hanging out with his friends, which usually always involves something to do with food.
(Fun fact: Larson loves swimming around lakes, from one side to another.)
